Every year, the British business daily Financial Times publishes a ranking of the thousand fastest-growing European companies. The latest list includes fifty Spanish companies. Among them, several Galician ones. Such as the cybersecurity company Tarlogic, based in Teo and Madrid, which is ranked 829th. It is the only Spanish company in its sector to appear in the Financial Times ranking, in which only ten companies in the cybersecurity business in the whole of Europe appear.

Among Tarlogic’s clients, with 70 employees, are most of the Ibex 35 companies.

There are more Galician companies in the list of the most powerful firms in Europe. Lugar da Veiga, from Chantada, manufacturer of the famous Galician mariñeiras, at number 897. At number 857 is Ceao Motor, dealer of several car brands from Lugo; and at 334, Worldwide Fishing Company (Wofco), a fishing company, with partners in Vigo, which also markets its catches.
